Christopher Zentz

Chris Zentz is co-owner of Greencastle Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine.  He received a B.S. in Fitness Management and his Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware. Chris has been working in the field of physical therapy and sports medicine since 1997 and he has a special interest in the knee and shoulder.  Chris was a certified work capacity evaluator (CWCE) performing many Functional Capacity Evaluations and he is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).  He has worked with several state ranked high school teams, numerous scholarship athletes, Olympians and with multiple universities as a consultant. In addition, he has been published in the "Journal of the National Strength and Conditioning Association" and "Athletic Therapy Today" and he was a speaker at the NSCA National Convention. Chris has resided with his wife and two daughters in Franklin County, PA since 2008.

Jenna Strite

Jenna is a Greencastle Native with family roots deep in the Greencastle community. She Graduated from GAHS in 2012 where she was actively involved in soccer and field hockey. Jenna went on to pursue an undergraduate degree from Slippery Rock University in Exercise Science and completed the accelerated program for her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy through Slippery Rock University as well. She has been working and serving the Greencastle population immediately following her graduation in 2018. Jenna is currently living in Greencastle with her husband and 2 sons. Jenna was the assistant field hockey coach for GAHS in 2020 and desires to stay involved with young female athletes with sports rehab and injury prevention. Jenna enjoys attending local sporting events, camping, and helps on her family farm in her free time.

Kelsey Sylvester

Kelsey is a Harrisburg native. She has been participating in Competitive Archery in Central Pennsylvania since she was 10 years old. She suffered multiple injuries during her childhood, which sparked her interest in Physical Therapy. She received her Bachelor’s in Sports Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford and received her Associates degree to be a Physical Therapy Assistant from Central Penn College in 2016. She currently resides in Chambersburg with her Husband James and their two cats where they like to hike and indoor rock climb together. She also enjoys reading and working out in her free time.

Ashley Schriever
PTA, CCI

Ashley was born and raised in Waynesboro, PA. She spent most of her high school years participating in cheerleading where she tore her ACL during her sophmore year. It was during her recovery time from her ACL reconstruction that she found her love for physical therapy. Ashley received her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from PSU and she also received her CI credentialing. Over the past 17 years she has been able to work in outpatient settings, aquatic therapy, sports medicine and skilled nursing. She continues to participate in recreational running and working out daily. She enjoys traveling and especially spending time on St. George Island, FL. Ashley is married to her husband, John and they have 2 children, Kaiden and Brynley. She enjoys attending and cheering on her children as they participate in soccer, basketball, baseball and softball. She currently resides in Warfordsburg, PA.​

Thomas Blount
PT, DPT, MBA, ATC, CSCS

Dr. Blount is a Central Pennsylvania native. He received his undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College in Athletic Training and he was also a varsity Pitcher for the baseball team during his time at Gettysburg. Tom continued his education at Shenandoah University where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Master's degree in Business Administration. Tom has been practicing physical therapy in the area since 2005 and he has a special interest in the foot of the running athlete and the dizzy patient (Vertigo). In addition to being a physical therapist, he is also a certified athletic trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Tom currently resides in Shippensburg with his wife and three children.
